It's getting close to the big day and volunteers are needed to help make the day a success. Help is needed firstly with letterboxing the immediate neighbourhood on the weekend before the event. Five clubs are each taking responsibility for a specific sector in the area around the Reserve, encompassing parts of Hawthorn, Kew and Richmond. Help is also needed with setting up the marquis, tables, chairs etc at Yarra Bank Reserve on the day; stewards are needed to greet and direct the public and ensure Covid requirements are met; and help is needed to dismantle the equipment on the Sunday afternoon and return it to the Farmers Market container.
