Thanks to Mark & the youth committee for a successful youth night. Fourteen students, primarily from Swinburne University, attended the night. They sat amongst the members and were keen & interested. Following up with them we hope to encourage them to access a leadership camp called RYLA, or Mock Interviews. or join to the new Camberwell Rotaract.
A fundraising committee has been set up to plan & implement a number of activities such as a golf day, sale of Xmas trees & a Gala night.
We look forward to the End Polio walk on 18th October. We, as the Galloping Grinners, will be collaborating with members from North Balwyn, Camberwell & Hawthorn. Don't forget to get your t-shirt.
DG Graeme Hope attended our meeting. He outlined District key goals for 2026/27. This included ;

- Grow membership - collaboration /establish Rotaract
