The Bushfires

Our guest speaker on Tuesday night will provide an update on the bushfire recovery since the devastating fires on New Years Eve 2019 in East Gippsland.   Bernie is the immediate Past President of Mitchell River Rotary Club and has been actively involved as a member of the Fire Aid Committee established by the five Rotary Clubs in East Gippsland, as an immediate response to help their affected communities.

Bernie will also talk about his involvement with Youth Insearch, a program that helps young people going through tough times, turn their disadvantages into advantages, and rebuild their lives.
