The transition of the club's administration and communication functions from Streamscape to ClubRunner is now complete as evidenced by this, the first club Bulletin from the new software. ClubRunner is fully integrated with the Rotary District 9800 website and with My Rotary.
Until now each of the membership and administration databases had to be maintained separately, meaning that when a member changed their address, Club Secretary Don Moore had to amend the record in Streamscape, District 9800, My Rotary and the attendance tool Ri-Cas separately. While Don enjoyed all those tasks, maintaining the record in ClubRunner will remove all those other tasks.Members were treated to a demonstration of ClubRunner at the club meeting on April 7th via ZOOM. As a first step members were asked to log in to the Members Area, update their profile by inserting data into the blank fields and amending any incorrect data currently held.

Members can access their profile from the Home Page dropdown menu 'Member Resources', by clicking on the 'Edit My Profile' option.

Members were also advised to download the ClubRunner app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or by clicking on the 'Download ClubRunner' app logo on the club's Home Page. The mobile app greatly increases the amount of information immediately available to members.
