It was time for song and merriment, and merriment there was Tuesday evening at the Rotary Club of Glenferrie Christmas Party 2024. Revellers gave full voice to familiar Christmas carols at the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, and demolished an excellent Christmas Dinner prepared by the expert Kooyong chefs. Santa made an appearance, making his usual merry speech loaded with serial innuendo. He will be staying in Melbourne until Saturday when he will make an appearance at the Boroondara Christmas Farmers Market in his popular chariot, delighting children and startling small animals.
