Reflecting the theme Reflect. Respect. Celebrate. We’re all part of the story, the combined Rotary Clubs of Boroondara are providing a family-friendly, inclusive and respectful Australia Day celebration in Victoria Park, Kew at the corner of High Street and Adeney Avenue on Tuesday 26th January 2021.
The Boroondara Australia Day in the Park will commence at 11:00am with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony, and a welcome from the Deputy Mayor of Boroondara Cynthia Watson, the national Australia Day broadcast will be on the big screen.  The Fun, Food and Festivities will continue until 5:00pm
 
This event will highlight the Centenary of Rotary in Australia, as well as presentations from political, sporting and Indigenous leaders from all over Australia. There will be multi-cultural food vendors, representatives from local craft beers, a gin distillery and winery vendors, games for the children, multi-cultural–themed dances and presentations, as well as a showcase from the local Rotary clubs, highlighting their major charitable projects. Entry is free to all.
