It is with great sadness that we advise the passing of PP Terry Rolleston on Wednesday May 4th, after a long illness.

Terry joined Rotary in July 1993 and was President of the club in 1999-2000. A Paul Harris Fellow, Terry was instrumental in the club's adoption of the annual Parkinson's Walk Charity BBQ at Federation Square, in support of Parkinson's Victoria. He was active on behalf of the club in helping to establish Rotary Camp Getaway in Axedale, Victoria in 1999. As a member of the inaugural Farmers Market Committee, along with Newton Langford, Peter Harvest and Geoff Wood, Terry helped set up the Boroondara Farmers Market in 2002. The Market has since raised more than $1.5m for Rotary projects and charitable causes. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the community through Rotary, Terry was made an Honorary Member of the Rotary Club of Glenferrie in 2016.

Terry's bright smiling face and warm friendly personality made coming to Rotary a sheer delight for everyone. He will be greatly missed. Our sincere condolences go to Helen and the Rolleston family.
